This youth and teen fitness program aims to provide today’s young athletes with the skills and confidence needed to succeed in any sports setting. Classes will consist of exercises and drills designed to improve speed and agility, muscular strength and function, and neuromuscular control, as well as reducing the risk of injury both on and off the field. Athletes who join will not only see an increase in their physical abilities, but also in their abilities to overcome challenges and push past their own limits.

Class is held at Bergamo’s Martial Arts, 272 Sandbank Road, Cheshire.
