Yoga is a practice that connects the body, breath and mind. A regular yoga practice can promote endurance, strength, calmness, flexibility and well-being. There are a variety of types of yoga. Read below for the descriptions of the offerings we are proud to provide. 

Mindful Yoga
Mindful Yoga practice combines the ancient Hatha Yoga postures with the modern Mindfulness practice. For centuries Hatha Yoga has always been a way of life. Mindfulness is the most scientifically researched meditation practice with outcomes such as increase in concentration and reduction in stress and anxiety. This fusion of Hatha Yoga postures with Mindfulness leads the practice towards yoga's true aim, that is concentration and peace of mind. In this course students will learn Hatha Yoga postures and different mindfulness practices such as breath/movement awareness, open/nature awareness, mindful walking and mindful eating.

Multi-Level Yoga
Join us for a welcoming yoga class designed for practitioners of all levels! Explore a mix of strength-building poses, deep stretches, and mindful breathing exercises for a well-rounded practice that cultivates overall well-being. By linking breath to movement, participants experience relaxation and quieting of the mind, shifting the nervous system into a calmer state. Students also gain strength, flexibility, and body awareness. Balance your body, mind, and spirit through the practice of yoga, stepping into your next week centered and refreshed.
