Join us for a series of unique art workshops that will introduce a variety of artistic techniques that encourage mindfulness. Each week students will learn and practice a different form of meditative art including mindful geometric drawing, watercolor painting, collage and creating Mandalas.
Lead by art instructor, Kristy Endriss. All materials and a light snack included.
Cost: $15.00 for individual dates
