Storybook Art – Each week we’ll read a Caldecott Honor or Medal picture book and explore its beautiful illustrations. Then, the kids will be led in creating their own artwork inspired by the story’s theme or the illustrator’s medium – bringing books to life through art. For this session, three of the storybooks will be: Have You Seen My Duckling? by Nancy Tafuri, Berry Song by Michaela Goade, and Mr. Rabbit and the Lovely Present by Charlotte Zolotow.
