Storybook Art - Caldecott Award-winning children’s literature will be read aloud each week. Classics that explore how the world works and a child’s place in it will inspire that week’s artwork. These books will include Big Cat, Little Cat, Have You Ever Seen a Flower?, Hot Dog and others. Students will gain experience and build confidence by using a variety of tools and techniques. Activities will include step-by-step drawings and multimedia crafting. Instructor: Megan Jeffery (5 weeks) No class 5/24
