Our Youth Sports Fitness class focuses on giving young athletes the skills and experience they need to play their best in any sport setting. Kids and teens will be challenged with speed and agility exercises, strength training, and balance work, which are all fundamental aspects of almost every sport. In addition, students will work on sport injury prevention, which includes strengthening joints and learning how to properly fall. 

Class is held at Bergamo’s Martial Arts, 272 Sandbank Road, Cheshire.
