Empower Hour combines strength training, stretching, striking, and meditation into one class meant to relieve stress and empower women! Taught by certified trainer Barbara LeBlanc, her goal is to create a community of women who meet every Saturday to support each other as you get strong and find calm. Every class includes a warm-up, strength training, kicking and striking on pads and bags, and breathing and meditation.


Class is held at Bergamo’s Martial Arts, 272 Sandbank Road, Cheshire.
