Meet the Artist – This class is an introduction to great artists such as Vincent Van Gogh, Edgar Degas and Mary Cassatt. Children will create their own masterpieces based on great works of art and hear a story about the artists who created them. The goal is to foster art appreciation, introduce a variety of artistic styles, promote early literacy and develop fine motor skills. Instructor: Kelley Cooney (3 days)
