We are proud to offer a variety of fitness classes appropriate for all fitness levels. Please review each class description below and decide which one appeals to you to the most. Our dedicated instructors are excited to help you achieve your fitness goals!
Be sure to click on the dates below and review your receipt for holidays or other dates that the classes does not meet during the session.

Balance & Stability at Bergamo's Martial Arts
Good balance and the ability to fall safely are two of the most overlooked skills in our adult lives. In this class, we will work on strengthening our joints and muscles, as well as connecting the brain to the body, to achieve better balance and a more comfortable life. In addition, we will also focus on how to fall correctly and safely with no injuries. Classes will be taught in a safe and controlled environment and are led by certified personal trainer Nathan LeBlanc.

Build & Burn
A total body workout using light to heavy weights to sculpt and tone your body.

Circuit Training
This 45 minute class consists of a blend of resistance and cardiovascular exercises. You will move from station to station performing exercises that alternate strength and cardio exercises adhering to an allocated timed interval repeating the circuit 3 - 4 times. Circuit training enhances cardiovascular health and improves muscular strength and endurance. The structured variation between exercises ensures that the heart, lungs and muscles are consistently active, promoting increased stamina and power.

Empower Hour for Women at Bergamo's Martial Arts
Empower Hour combines strength training, stretching, striking, and meditation into one class meant to relieve stress and empower women! Taught by certified trainer Barbara LeBlanc, her goal is to create a community of women who meet every Wednesday to support each other as you get strong and find calm. Every class includes a warm-up, strength training, kicking and striking on pads and bags, and breathing and meditation.

Hip Hop to Fitness
Come have a blast with instructor, Michele Schweighoffer, and get in some extra steps at the same time!
After a quick warm-up, students will learn some fun hip hop dance steps and put them together in a short dance combination. From week to week, we may build upon the combination or start a new one. Music will be from the 80s and 90s through today. Wear sneakers and bring water!

HIIT Body Sculpt
Don’t miss out on a good time while getting in shape! Classes consist of resistance training and cardio intervals. All levels are welcome and encouraged to come! Participants are asked to bring their own mat and water bottle. Hand weights, resistance bands and other required equipment are available on site to use during the class. Note that the fee has been set with extra classes built into the session in case of weather or other unforeseen cancellations.

Kick-Fit Kickboxing
Kick-Fit Kickboxing is an exciting workout program where you punch, jump, lift and kick using heavy bags, rip bands, kettle bells and medicine balls, all while learning valuable self-defense skills to build confidence wherever you go. Fee includes boxing gloves! This special introductory offer is available to new students only. Individuals who have attended a previous Kick-Fit Kickboxing program are not eligible.
Classes meet on Mondays & Wednesdays from 6:15 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Tuesdays & Thursdays from 6:30-7:15 p.m. and Saturdays from 9:30 a.m. to 10:15 a.m.
It is not mandatory to attend all classes. Participants are welcome to attend as many or as few dates as their personal schedules allow. Please note, however, that the program registration fee will remain the same regardless of the number of classes attended.

STARRE: Step & Barre Workout
Take the best of two low impact exercise classes and combine them into one stellar class where you will build strength, increase your flexibility, improve your posture, and get in your cardio too! Instructor, Kathy Perez, has combined the traditional Barre Class with Step Aerobics to create STARRE! Part of this class will be spent on barre work and part of the class will be spent doing step aerobics, allowing you to get the best of both worlds (cardio & strength) in one amazing low impact class.

Step Aerobics
Step aerobics is a classic workout that will make you sweat and get your heart pumping. It is a 45 minute workout that can be done on or off the platform with or without risers.
It will improve your fitness, agility, coordination and strength. You start with a warmup and move into a step routine, ending with a cool down and stretch.

Tai Chi (Yang Style) at Bergamo's Martial Arts
Tai-Chi is an artform practiced by millions of people every day around the world, and is known as the gentle martial art. Tai-Chi has many physical benefits (including increased balance, flexibility, and stability), however, for many, it can be a meditative and stress relieving experience as well. Taught by Grandmaster Ralph Bergamo, our classes focus on “Yang Style”, which is the most commonly taught style in the U.S.

Yoga: Multi-Level
Join us for a this fall-themed yoga series. As leaves begin to fall, nature reminds us of the power of letting go. This multi-level vinyasa yoga class invites you to pause, breathe, and reconnect with your body and mind. Through mindful movement and breath awareness, we'll explore the art of releasing what no longer serves — on and off the mat. Each class combines dynamic movement with moments of stillness, helping you build strength, improve flexibility, and cultivate calm. This class is friendly for all levels, whether you're an experienced yogi or stepping onto the mat for the first time this season. Come as you are, and leave feeling more centered, clear, and spacious.

Get ready to dance, sweat, and smile! High-energy Zumba classes are perfect for all fitness levels—whether you’re a seasoned dancer or stepping onto the floor for the first time. Set to upbeat Latin and international rhythms, each class blends cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, and flexibility into a fun, feel-good workout. Zumba isn’t just about fitness, it’s a party! You’ll burn calories, boost your mood, and make new friends along the way. Come for the workout, stay for the laughter, and leave feeling energized!
