We are proud to offer a variety of fitness classes appropriate for all fitness levels. Please review each class description below and decide which one appeals to you to the most. Our dedicated instructors are excited to help you achieve your fitness goals!

Balance & Stability at BPT Fitness
Good balance and the ability to fall safely are two of the most overlooked skills in our adult lives. In this class, we will work on strengthening our joints and muscles, as well as connecting the brain to the body, to achieve better balance and a more comfortable life. In addition, we will also focus on how to fall correctly and safely with no injuries. Classes will be taught in a safe and controlled environment and are led by certified personal trainer Mr. Bergamo.

Build & Burn
A total body workout using light to heavy weights to sculpt and tone your body.

Cardio Blast
Cardio Blast involves cardio endurance and strength exercises. It is a high intensity, high energy workout that promotes cardiovascular endurance, strength, lean muscle and fat loss. We will alternate cardio exercises with strength exercises. Boost your metabolism and leave feeling energized. All levels of fitness are welcome. Please bring water, towel and mat.

Circuit Training
This 45 minute class consists of a blend of resistance and cardiovascular exercises. You will move from station to station performing exercises that alternate strength and cardio exercises adhering to an allocated timed interval repeating the circuit 3 - 4 times. Circuit training enhances cardiovascular health and improves muscular strength and endurance. The structured variation between exercises ensures that the heart, lungs and muscles are consistently active, promoting increased stamina and power.

Empower Hour for Women at Bergamo's Martial Arts
Empower Hour combines strength training, stretching, striking, and meditation into one class meant to relieve stress and empower women! Taught by certified trainer Barbara LeBlanc, her goal is to create a community of women who meet every week to support each other as you get strong and find calm. Every class includes a warm-up, strength training, kicking and striking on pads and bags, and breathing and meditation.

Pilates: Human Reformer Pilates
Human Reformer Pilates is a resistance band based Pilates class combined with mat Pilates training. Classes incorporate the Flex Kord, which helps capture the essence of traditional Reformer Pilates, focusing on posture, core, and alignment, through exciting and innovative mat exercises.

Tai Chi (Yang Style) at Bergamo's Martial Arts
Tai-Chi is an artform practiced by millions of people every day around the world, and is known as the gentle martial art. Tai-Chi has many physical benefits (including increased balance, flexibility, and stability), however, for many, it can be a meditative and stress relieving experience as well. Taught by Grandmaster Ralph Bergamo, our classes focus on “Yang Style”, which is the most commonly taught style in the U.S.

Yoga for Parents
Join us for a four-week outdoor Yoga for Parents series under the Bartlem Bandshell, created for parents navigating the stress, overstimulation, and constant demands of modern family life.
Each class incorporates movement, breath, and mindful awareness to help parents recognize early signs of stress in the body, slow down before reaching their breaking point, and reconnect with themselves while navigating the demands of parenting. Over time, the practice helps cultivate greater steadiness, self-awareness, and space in challenging moments.
Open to all levels; no prior yoga experience required.
