*Please note that this class may not be appropriate for those with allergies, both gluten and egg products are used in the pasta that will be made in the class.
Pasta Shapes
This class will give you hands on experience making pasta! You will learn how to make an assortment of shapes that don't require a lot of equipment.
Rolling Pasta
This class uses a little more machinery than the shapes class. It gives a new take on how to roll pasta using the equipment your grandparents used!
Ravioli
Learn how to make ravioli without the molds! This class will help you gain the confidence to roll out your own ravioli. Students will learn several different and fun ravioli shapes.
