Pasta Making with Passionately Pasta • Register • View Cart •

Learn how to make pasta from Passionately Pasta! This class will teach individuals how to make pasta by hand using minimal equipment.

*Please note that this class may not be appropriate for those with allergies, both gluten and egg products are used in the pasta that will be made in the class.

Pasta Shapes
This class will give you hands on experience making pasta! You will learn how to make an assortment of shapes that don't require a lot of equipment. 

Rolling Pasta
This class uses a little more machinery than the shapes class. It gives a new take on how to roll pasta using the equipment your grandparents used!

Ravioli
Learn how to make ravioli without the molds! This class will help you gain the confidence to roll out your own ravioli. Students will learn several different and fun ravioli shapes.

Family Pasta Making
Children ages 6-12 will bring an adult to this pasta making class. Nick Imbriglio of Passionately Pasta will teach the pairs how to make and shape pasta. The adults will take an active roll in assisting their child with their pasta making process. The pairs will take home skills that they can use in their kitchen at home where they can start their own family traditions!

Pasta Making
Adults and teens ages 13 and older are invited to learn how to make pasta from Nick Imbriglio of Passionately Pasta. Each individual will work independently, under the direction of Nick Imbriglio to make their own pasta by hand. Families with teens, individuals, groups and friends are all welcome. Be sure to register each individual who will be attending.
