    • Trips are open to kids entering 5th-9th grade.
    • Registration & Payment Deadlines are 10 working days before trip date:
      • Spare Time (6/16)     Deadline:  Fri. June 5th
      • Urban Air (6/18)        Deadline: Mon. June 8th

      • Lake Compounce (8/21)  Deadline: Mon. August 10th
    • Drop off & pick up is at the Yellow House (554 So. Main Street).
    • All trips require a Cheshire Youth Permission Form (FORM ATTACHED ABOVE) and some may require an Online Facility Waiver.  These will be emailed separately to once your child is registered online and must be handed in prior to the day of the trip.
    • All trips have a minimum enrollment of 15-20 kids (depending on trip). Trips that do not reach enrollment minimum will be canceled and your money will be refunded. 
    • A bagged lunch and water bottle should be brought on the trip unless lunch is provided as indicated on the flyer above.
    • Children who have an Epi-pen or inhaler should bring it with them on each trip and hand to the trip Supervisor at drop-off. 
    • Parents' who wish to carpool home from the Yellow House MUST provide a note with your child's name/date/parent who will be transporting your child AND a parent/guardian's signature. 
  • Cancellation Policy:
    • notification of 10 days or more may get 100% refund.
    • notification less than 7 days may be eligible for a 50% refund. (due to guest counts & facility contract details being confirmed)
    • notification less than 48 hours will not be eligible for a refund. Unless there is an illness or a family emergency.
