How do I do a hard refresh?
Most PCs:Hold down Ctrl and then press F5 on your keyboard.
Macs: Go to Safari > Empty Cache, or hit Opt + Cmd + E.
Apple iPhones: Go to Settings > Apps > Safari > Advanced > Website Data. Tap Remove All Website Data. Tap Remove Now.
Chrome: In Chrome, tap the three dots (More) and then Delete Browsing Data. A popup window will appear where you can set a duration and select the browsing data you want to delete. Next to Time Range, select a duration. Tap Delete Browsing Data.
Android Phones: Open the Chrome app. On the right of the address bar, tap More More and then Delete browsing data.
If pressing Ctrl + F5 does not resolve the issue, we suggest clearing your browsing history. Below are some simple instructions to help you do this:
Clear Browser Cache (for all browsers) This process clears the temporary files that web browsers store to speed up website loading times.
1. Open your browser: (e.g., Google Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge).
2. Open the "Clear browsing data" window:
? Windows: Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete.
? Mac: Press Command + Shift + Delete.
3. Choose a time range: Select "All time" from the drop-down menu to clear the entire cache.
4. Select the data to clear: Make sure "Cached images and files" and "Cookies and other site data" are checked.
5. Click "Clear data": to complete the process.
6. Restart your browser: for the changes to take effect.
