Step Aerobics - Step Aerobics: Summer 2025 Tue Step aerobics is a classic workout that will make you sweat and get your heart pumping. It is a 45 minute workout that can be done on or off the platform with or without risers. It will improve your fitness, agility, coordination and strength. You start with a warmup and move into a step routine, ending with a cool down and stretch.
