Don’t miss out on a good time while getting in shape! Classes consisting of resistance training and cardio intervals. All levels are welcome and encouraged to come! Participants are asked to bring their own mat and water bottle. Hand weights, resistance bands and other required equipment are available on site to use during the class. Note that the fee has been set with extra classes built into the session in case of weather or other unforeseen cancellations.
